Never disappointed... Always happy:

-performance & handling
-running cost
-looks
-space (I'm 191cm/110kg)
-wife like it also

Well worth of money spend!

Same bluetooth problem. March 18, 2004 build w/assist. Priority service gave me all the info, said that the software needs an update, and that you don't need to get a new TCU ($2,000) unit. We went into dealer and they said okay, you have a recall on the software anyways so the bluetooth works with the new software. No cost, as it is covered under warranty. Call your priority service, give them the VIN and they will tell you if your TCU is new enough.

Good Luck

Welcome to the forums NOVA-E60. It looks like you just made the transition to the updated TCU by a few days in production.

My car is a Mar 1, 2004 production. Aside from BT (resoved by repalcing the TCU), no issues or complaints with the car whatsoever.

You have bought a non NAV car and you knew that from the start. Still; 99% of a BMW is how it drives and not the gadgets.
