Who can help me put an Mtech rear bumper in NJ?

check out the beautiful PDF guide that is on this forum, it makes the rear doable by a first timer. Getting the bottom catches to "catch" properly is tricky, but you can do it

I'd rather there was someone who'd done it before. I figure if someone can stop by quickly to point things out to me it shouldn't take long no? I'm in Bergen county. I'll buy lunch and a nice parting gift
