Maybe I am weird, the style 122 goes with the overall design of E60 IMO. I used to like big rims + low profile tires back 10+ years ago but not anymore. I start to use mostly 17 or 18 inches wheels about 7 years ago. Maybe too many ghetto looking so call "pimp" car uses big-o-rims. Especially those in chromes! loud out ghetto music!
Nobody here think low profile + big rims are out dated? or just me, I am out dated!!

for me best looking is style 123
I like the 122's better than the 129's, but neither would be very high on my list good looking OE wheels overall.

Good example like those pimp SUV with zero profile tries!! WTF is that? SUV that cannot even get over a pothole isn't "SUV"!!

Can someone please explain this to me. I always thought that you bought an SUV for foul weather or towing ability at the expense of ride quality. I have no idea why someone would purchase one and put low profile tires and huge rims on it. Kind of defeats the purpose. Same thing with the X5 4.8. You spend all that money on an SUV and still need to buy all weather or winter tires before you an hope to drive it in the snow. I just don't get it.
Anyway, I like the 122 better than 129 but IMHO the 116 looks the best as a 17" OEM for the E60. I have the 138 as a winter wheel now but next winter they are history and I'll have the m135s I hope.
