Could it be direct-injection? It is my understanding MB and Lexus don't have direct-injection engines yet.
First offered in the IS 350. and now I think it has expand to almost their whole range including the GS LS probably SC too not sure about the ES and RX I think those use the same base engine as the Camry V6.
