On a what looks standard E60 all those rims are a bit too much bling-bling to me, too.
Here's some BMW OEM 19":ers that in my opinion are great.
They look good and are fore sure quality wheels.
M styling 166 and 172.

Don't ever put those bling2 rims on an E60, IMO it looks horrible. In a 7 series it may stands out though.
There are many other reputable aftermarket wheels like HRE, Iforged, DPE, BBS, Radenergie, Hamann, ACS... and many others.

I think they will look great on your car. All you need now are some neon lights for around the bottom, a gold nugget licence plate frame, some furry dash board carpet, leopard seat covers and a few hookers.
