I AM BUYING AN 535D WITH M SPORT PACKAGE
WHAT I HAVE NOT UNDERSTAND IS THE COMPATIBILITY ABOUT THE COMFORT SEAT
PLS HAVE A LOOK AT THE CODES:
456 COMFORT SEAT
453 VENTILATION OF SEATS
494 HEATING FRONT SEAT

4MF ACTIVE BACKREST SEAT

IN MANY PICTURE I HAVE SEEN THE 8 BUTTONS ON THE CONSOLE:
2 HEATING
2 VENTILATION
2 ACTIVE ( MASSAGE )
1 PDC
1 DTC

THE PROBLEM IS: THE 2 BUTTONS OF ACTIVE BACKREST ( THAT I HAVE SEEN IN THE ITALIAN CATALOGUE AND IN THE M5 SEAT ) AND IS AN OPTION FOR THE 535D (CODE 4MF) WHERE ARE PUT IN THE CONSOLE? THE SLOT FOR THE BOTTONS ARE ONLY 8 AND WITH THE OPTION 4MF THE TOTAL BUTTONS ARE 10 ?

OR IS POSSIBLE THAT THEY ARE NOT ALL COMPATIBLE?

I ASK YOU HELP BECAUSE I AM A LITTLE BIT CONFUSED

SO.....IF I CHOOSE VENTILATION, MASSAGE, HEATING AND ACTIVE BACKREST WHERE ARE ALL THE BUTTONS? IN THE OWNERS MANUAL AND IN THE ORDERING GUIDE IS POSSIBLE HAVE ALL FUNCIOTNS.

You can't order Active backrest and active seats (massage) at the same time.

Yes, I am.
It is not possible in BMW online car configurator.
The official (German) price list sais that it can't be combined.
TIS says that there is not enough space for both control units.

So... I am sure!

where can i find the official order optional with the restrictions ?
Now i go to the deutschland site of bmw to see because in the italian one is possible in the configurator and the price is EUR 850.00

The dealer over here are not so expert and doesn't know if is compatible

I'm doubly sure on this one because I tried to order both on my Alpina! You can only have one of Active Seats or Active Backrests. I went for the Active Backrests, as I'm not planning massive mileage and am still fairly young!

Interestingly, the local dealer's system initially seemed to suggest that both were possible, but HQ later came back to ask which of them I wanted.

So, on my car, I have the heating x2, cooling x2, squidging x2, PDC and DTC buttons in the centre console.

Yes, at least in the UK.

 

I don't know, but I think so. You always have to order leather seats when you order seat ventilation and for leather seats you always have to order the heating for the seats.
Just try the car configurator.
