where are speakers 9 and 10?

My Ride: 2007 Sapphire Black Metallic 525i. Beige Dakota Leather, Premium package, bluetooth, BMW Assist, Xenon adaptive lights, Sirius radio
On the factory system there are 10 speakers. I can only find 8.
1 near each A pillar-makes 2
1 on each front door--makes 4
1 under each front seat =makes 6
2 in the rear parcel shelf-makes 8
where are 9 and 10? Factory sytsem no Logic 7-which has 13 speakers

If this is the same as the UK HiFi system then I think you'll find the rears have seperate mids and tweeters. Therefore there are actually 4 in the rear shelf, not 2. (or if not then possibly 2 in the rear doors? or is that Logic7 only?).

That's the way automobile manufacturers have been doing it for many years -- it's pretty much standard procedure. If you ask me, it really makes no difference how the enclosure is designed. There are individual speakers behind the grilles so they do count.
They add it all up so it looks like you'll have enough power to blow the doors of the hinges.
