Where to purchase headlight bulbs?

My headlight bulbs are starting to get weird... As far as I know they are the original ones however one is starting to turn into a purple tint and is getting darker.

I want something that is extremely reliable and safe.

Is it okay to order headlight bulbs from eBay? Is there a reputable place for OEM bulbs or something?

I would go with these personally..

2 New Philips D2S 4300K HID Xenon Bulbs 85122 Germany | eBay

Philips or Sylvania are quality bulbs
