Where to get Replacement of Factory Gas Cap
So someone stole my original gas cap. I got a new one from the dealer, and it is some aftermarket POS that feels flimsy as crap. Does anyone know where to get a gas cap like the one that came with the car...the one that has the green under piece. Several web sites show the green one, but reviews of those sites show that the cap that was actually received, was not the green one.

Fcp euro or pelican parts. You'll have the option of what you're buying. Also the design has changed and I don't think they do the green cap anymore

eBay works for me but you just have to find an OEM seller. Its weird how an actual dealer would sell you a POS cap. Dealers only sell genuine BMW parts.

Some parts have changed. Same with the cooling water cap. I would go with it - the function is fine.
