Where to buy prefabricated MOST-cables?

Hi.
I am about to retrofit HUD to my E60, and is wondering if anyone knows where to buy prefabricated optical cables to be used in the E60's MOST-ring?
I know I can buy 7mtrs of cable, then the connectors and hose etc from BMW, but I just need 2x1m of cable, and it seems a waste to but that much.
