I bought mine from Garry Romani (he's a prominent vendor on this forum). Tischer BMW is another option. Both are equally suitable IMHO.

I just got some yesterday in the mail from Amazon. Dealer was going to charge me $160! I mistakenly bought paper filter last year, and put in the charcoal, made a huge difference already in the smell.

K&N is overrated IMO. Just stick with OEM. Order my OEM air filter from the bmwpartstore for around $25. Had free shipping since my order was more than $99 but normal shipping charges were around $4. Got it within 3 business days.
As for cabin filter, I think John has the best price if I'm not mistaken.
