Funny, until I got family to transport daily I never ever considered 5 series although I could afford it. M3 - yes. 5er - no. For some reason it never associated with word 'sport' for me. Still does not. If I was single or didn't have child, I would have bought M3 again.

In my area, while you do see quite a lot of E60s driving around (small wonder, as this is the BMW home town...), you do not see anyone below 30 in these cars. BTW, I was 35, when I got mine. At 25, I would rather buy a Z4 or a 3 series coup?.

my first bmw was an e46 sedan, got it when i was 26...i got an e60 at 29...i'm an accountant...a 525i e60 here in malaysia is worth RM400,000.00 and an m5 is RM900,000.00...can you imagine that...
