When is version 16 going to be out?

My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.
My car is going in on the 11th for the following:
Tire roar, replace wind shield(rock hit it), radio intermitently cuts out for a few seconds when shifting (SMG car), Engine miss, install bluetooth(treo 650 cingular), left shifter paddle squeaks on downshift(SMG).

CIP 16.0 has been out for dealers that download software since 1 march, but it contains NO NEW E60 SOFTWARE
CIP16.1 is currently being distibuted to download dealers and contains some E60 Software
The one to get is 16.2 near the end of the month, this is the one with MP3 software ect ect

[/quote]2004 was expected to have more problems than subsequent years. But I had to have it. (said sarcastically, but I would do it again- all in all, I really love the car)

Mines in the Shop right now, Speaker static, intermittent volume changes, speaker popping, Idrive freeze on @#$#@$@#% lawyer screen, and getting the Aux input installed. I hope to get it back soon. Will report what software version they stick on, if they upload software.
