When is the E60 due for a facelift?

Just wondering when the E60 will be due for it's first minor/major facelife? And does anyone know how many times BMW tends to have styling updates in the 6-7 year life span of it's models? thanks.

This has been discussed before. It should be around year 2007-2008 when E60 going for facelift.
