I know most don't like the style 121, but I think they are cool. Does anyone have any fitament concerns or know of anyone who has mounted them on a E60 without any problems? My service advisor said the rears might be too wide. thanks for the positive input.

I installed these wheels on my 2004 BMW 525i with 6-series 19-inch Bridgestone RE050 run-flat tires. They worked great, but I did take them off prior to a long road-trip out west because I was concerned about being far away from replacement tires. I later traded in my 525i, but still have the wheels with 3 good tires and one tire that took a road hazard, but I only knew because of FTM.

The right front tire would rub when you went over a bad speed bump too fast, but under all other circumstances, I never experienced any rubbing. If you go way with lower-profile rubber, you can avoid that as you would match very closely the diameter of the standard wheel/tire setup on the E60. If you're interested in buying my wheels, send me an e-mail and I'll go take photos of all four rims. It is my recollection that there are no scratches or dings.

I thought they looked great on the 5er.

Did you use spacers? Would like to see pics.

No spacers were used (nor needed). Here's a link to a picture of them in the gallery:

I recently uploaded a number of pictures of my former 2004 BMW 525i with the Ellipsoid Style 121 wheels mounted on it. You may find pictures of the car at http://web.me.com/jimbarnette/Site/P...s_mounted.html
