Wheel vibration uhhhhh

Just bought a set of 18" MRR GT-1s with LEXANI N3000 tires off a member here and slapped them on..
And theres like vibration when i go 80 km/hr or higher.... i installed size 74.1 by 72.56 hub rings with them already.
wut is wrong wut is wrong. The ride isnt really that comfortable ;x

he told me its already balanced and told me to slap them on
he claimed he got it a month ago but.. hmmm
any suggestions?

still would be a great idea to get an alignment (and perhaps balance check) IMO, I am sure other members will chime in tho....

Re balance, then get some new hub rings , could have been damaged taking on and off.

problem solved -_- amateur mistake
Didn't follow tire rotation... front driver side and rear passenger side was reversed ;x
