Guys, I need some help in figuring out a wheel and tire combo.

I am looking at these wheels (but very open to options) :

Moda MD2

Details of the wheel are :

Offset: 15mm
Bolt Pattern: 5-120
Weight: 34.5lbs.

Im thinking about either 18" or 19" wheels. Ive heard with 19" wheels the ride becomes bumpier and uncomfortable so thats why the 18"

I currently have 16" (yuck) wheels on a JetBlack 2004 525i (NON sport package)

Now my question is :

a) what do you guys think?

b) What kind of tire? The recommended size for 19's says 245/35-19, and for 18's is 245/40-18. Do you guys think this will be ok. Can I go with 245/40-19?? Will there be any rubbing. Do you think the offset is ok.

Really appreciate your help on this... not a wheel expert by any means

I like these rim but Have to put them on the car to see if they look on.
Some time they look Good with out the car and when you put them onto the car they dont look as nice.
Do you have any pics of this rim on a car?
I go for 19". I think no matter what rims you get 18" look too small on a e60, but that me. alot of guy have 18, my frend in HK has ACS type 4 18". So it down to you in the end what looks good.
As for the ride I think 19" are good and OK
My 19" wheels are 245/35 with nitrogen air which will make the car less nosier.
Me and my dad loves the 19" wheels.

Those wheels personally aren't my taste. Are you restricted to a budget and do you plan on lowering the car? 18's and even 19's will look small if you don't have a drop.
