What's your opinion on Blizzaks snow tires for 528i??

That's the point Brent, so I can get informed. This is my 1st BMW and I want the opinion of experienced BMW enthusiasts for thoughts and advice. Thanks to all that have shared your opinions so far and helped in my research! Getting tires next week...
Besides Blizzak WS70's and Michelin X-Ice X12's , what other tires are everyone running on?

I Had a set of Blizzak LM-25's that i used last year, Great snow tire but i'd honestly take Dunlop Winter Sports over the Blizzaks anyday of the week.
I had Dunlop WinterSport M3's back in the day on my e36 M3 and they were awesome tires. What i loved most about them is that they were great in Dry and Wet conditions along with being excellent in Snow.Blizzaks felt a bit sloppy in dry weather IMHO. The Dunlop 3D's and Winter Sport M3's Pretty much beat or at min equal the ratings of Blizzaks in every category besides a .1 higher rating on ice on TireRack's Survey.
Unless you live somewhere with severe snow conditions i would just go with the Continental DWS's. They are the best High Performance All-Seasons i've ever purchased.
This is my first winter with them on and im having no problems going throw 5" of snow(haven't had deeper snow then that to test them out in)

1st layer on the ground was solid sheet of ice from freezing rain. Next layer was 1.5 to 2.0 inches of sleet (tiny ice pellets). No problem with Blizzak LM on E90 Sport auto, or Blizzak WS on E60 Sport 6MT. I mention Sport due to the lowered suspension and less ground clearance when the tires sink into the snow / sleet, also creating more under-carriage friction when trying to move. A little DTC activity, but both RWD vehicles go where and when I want to go, even up an inclined sidestreet or or my unplowed driveway. Other winter tires may be comparable or even better. My experience with Blizzaks have been postive thus far.
Of course, laws of physics and traction still apply. Drive like there is an egg on your throttle pedal
