another good question to see is what has been spent on maintenance after the 4yr/50K mark and with what warranties if any?

BUT (and I know it wasn't an E60...)
I did clock up 190,600 miles in my 2001 325i before I sold it in Feb. this year.....and it was still sweeeeeeet
Very sad to see it go 
but the 535d muscle makes up for it
