Definitely the HUD with Nav, but the other features (active steering, adaptive headlights, voice control, second window on the iDrive screen, rain sensing wipers, Logic 7) are also great.

Active Steering (So easy to get out of tight spots)
Adaptive Headlights (I weave around like a drunk at night and have this on my face )
Steptronic (DS and M, love the feel of getting kicked in the back when I downshift with M or accelerate like mad with DS)
This one may not count, but, definitely the eyebrows and the angel eyes!!

does it make big difference if not driving on the track?
I telling you, you don`t need to go on a track to find how big a difference with this bars!!!
any road in HK at 11pm at night and you will use it and you will know there is a big difference.
All my frends say itis 100% better on cornering.
I only have to drive 60km in to a corner and dame the car is soild, don`t need to drive it fast to notis the big difference.
You need to drive more in the street citys at night and rev the hell out of the car.
Or even better get the bars and then do it, you will have a big smile on your face afterwoods.
I don`t drive fast all the time, itis very good for over taking.

I can't pick just one but if I had to, I'm thinking Active Steering.
(I do love the heated wheel -- had one on my '98 but it wasn't available on my '01 -- it's nice to have it back again!)
