Congrats!! I picked my 04 545i in July...love it so far. What mods are you planning? I'm looking at wheels, MTech kit and navigation retrofit for mine early next year.

Thank you my brother. Well I'm planing on getting the 08-09 550i sport bumpers and side skirts. I also plan on switching to the LCI retrofitted tail lights and 20" Alpina B7 wheels. Then I might just call it quits.. Lol

Don't jump too early on the 20s as other people say and wait for the summer. Cities in the North East have some f'ed up roads.
Take your time with the mods, wait for some good deals, and feel free to search and ask questions.
Also living in Manhattan, know where to get urgent help incase you need it (aka find a good indy BMW mechanic). With 75k miles, you gotta keep an eye and its good to have someone you can call and ask a question.

Welcome fellow NYer. I'm driving my M now but in the winter I put my stock 19's back on with a snow/winter tire. If you do most driving outside the city then I would get 20's. But I know alot of members who have cracked wheels, even forged wheels driving aggressively in NYC and the boroughs.
I myself have not because Im good like that(lucky too I guess)
. I put my BBS's on in 20" in the spring. But when I'm In the city I only goose it when I know the street.... I'm paranoid with my wheels.

Welcome! I'm originally from Queens but live in LI now. Have fun with those 20s!! Ive got an 05 545i with sports package, and I try my best not to touch the city with my 18s. LCI tails and M5 spoiler were my first mods, those tails were absolutely first mod on my list.
