What's this bracket for?

I just bought a 2006 530xi that has some minor right front damage. I'm putting a list of parts it needs together and i can't figure out what this bracket is for. There's also a couple wires where the ends have been snipped off. The wires for the fog light and headlight are still there. Basically it's the area behind the passenger side fog light. I just downloaded the service manual so I'm pretty sure i can find a wire diagram. Any ideas.

Hopefully, you can blow up the attached picture of the right side of a 2008 535i with no damage to this entire corner. Looks to me like the horn and maybe the airbag sensor mounted on the bumper.
