My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.

Remember that driving skills (launches) will play a factor in these to competitive cars. I'd be interested to see a race from a roll, say 45-100 mph.

Try out the technique a couple time yourself - I've been hearing 335 owners having a crapload of wheelspin in first, so it might be better to take it easy on the throttle initially. Again, always best to test it out yourself before you race!

THe RFT sucks I can break traction on rolling acceleration when I punched it real hard, so if you have sport package you will get more wheel spin.

I'm guessing on Ocean Parkway east of the Wantagh Parkway so we can get a top speed run as well.
