I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny. 2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter. Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

I don't know "exactly" what's included, but some of the things included are: heated seats, heated steering wheel, headlight washer.

Varies model to model but typically includes heated front seats, headlight washers, & heated steering wheel. I believe all USA BMWs come standard with heated (outside) rear view mirrors. Heated rear seats are optional for 5'ers.

This is an Xi model.

I'm trying to find out if it has the split fold down rear seats and a ski bag pass through?

Split fold down rear seat is an option, and a nice one at that.

Those are available options on all E60's but are not part of the cold weather package as I recall...

EDIT: Here is the spec sheet for 2008 car. Indeed the CWP is as earlier posters indicated, heated seats, heated steering wheel and headlight washers. Folding rear seat and ski bag are separate options.

That totally clears it up.

Thank you!

Interesting whats standard in each country. In Canada there is no 'cold weather package' but heated seats and heated steering wheel were standard equipment in 2008. But, not all 5's came with headlight washers (optional). As well, 'Throughload' and ski bag became standard in 2008.

Don't know about 2008 MY for sure, but when I ordered my US Model 2006 530xi these were all separate:

261 - rear side airbags
456 - comfort seats
465 - fold down rear seats
496 - rear seat heating
609 - on-board navigation system
OZPP - premium package
OZCW - cold weather package

OZCW included:
248 - Heated steering wheel
494 - Heated front seats
502 - Headlight cleaning system

I have a 2008 535 xi with the cold weather package. I believe it includes the following (1) heated seats, (2) heated steering wheel (which is awesome), (3) headlight washers and (4) ski pass through with the ski bag (which is now an $100 option). Folding seats are a separate option from the cold weather package (I know because my car has that too and it was hard to come by).
