what year did the 5series get the none metal key

this is a retro fit and all the wiring is there by your light switch, you just replace the switch and then change your steering wheel/squib/rotor, you then have to get the key coded to the new module (as well as buying 2 new fobs)

Hahaha, if I was you I'd save the immense amount of money it'll cost you and get a remap and/or new wheels instead.
