I though it was the module itself but took car the dealership and tech told me that since there is still very small amount of gas left in the bulb you'll see those little ignitions and they were right changing the bulb solved the problem. I do have D2S.

I stand corrected. Thanks for the info! I've only ever heard of xenon HV supply's giving out - never the bulb.

My Ride: 2005 545i Sports, Premium and dynamic packages

I've had xenon on my previous 328i and out of the blue one day the lights starting blinking, just like that as I was driving at night, it would blink every 3-4 min then it progressively got worst and it was blinking 1-2 min. Took it to the dealership and the module had to be replaced, $700 later my blinking problem was fixed...just look into it at the dealership they should be able to tell you.

My advice tough if you have the option try at least couple of different dealerships. Here in Milwaukee, they tend to tell different stories from dealership to dealership. I've had few experiences past couple of months that made me go shop around before actually believe them.
