I think the SIRUS and the part pointed in Green at different. The SIRUS is mounted on a bracket whereas what I've marked up is directly screwed into the body.

I didn't realize that pic wasn't of your car. It's going to be tricky to figure out what those things are without knowing what options the photographed car has. You're right, the Sirius module is mounted on a triangular bracket not just screwed to the body.
If I get motivated later, Maybe I'll take some pics of my car and try to identify some part numbers... (Don't wait up though!

)Circled in GREEN is the Sirius satellite radio module and circled in RED is a module that I'm now guessing is something for the HD Radio option:

Thank Rudy. I wonder how they would fit all that in there if you had to tick the DVD changer and TV option on your car too, which it looks like you dont have. I guess the Sirus and DAB radio modules are mutually exclusive so no issues there.
