I was driving this morning and this 'snow flake' icon showed up for a second then disappeared. When I restart my car, it stays on for 2 seconds then goes away.

Have my manual in front of me, but cannot find what this is.

Please advise and pardon me if it is in the manual. Went through it x2.

Thank you in advance.

It's not an error, just a caution as the outside temp drop to or near freezing (32F). It would flash this triangle sign for a few seconds. I get that too these days after I pull my car out of the garage.

I believe that's your warning that the road surface temperature has dropped below 3 degrees celsius (38 degrees F) and that there thus is a risk for slippery road surfaces in spots

Outside temp has reached 37 degrees.....possibility of ice on the road.

The first time it came up it scared me, then I realized that the car was just being courteous... even though it scared the crap outta me. I think they should've programmed it to be accompanied by a different audible notification. The gong is more or less synonymous to problems to me.
