I've got as large as a 24mm but that won't fit. Does anyone know the proper size socket to hand crank to motor using the central bolt?

To the OP...
With all seriousness, why would you ever want to crank an E60 like that? Take it to a mechanic before you screw up more.

Because I'm installing a vacuum pump and would like to get the cam vertical so it is easier to line it up during installation. It's not difficult, just need to know the size socket needed for the central bolt and I left my Bentley at the office.
Thanks for the help.......
