I just found tint covers on ebay for $24.99. Supposedly they contour with the light when heated? Had anyone heard anything good/bad about these? Being that they're so cheap I would imagine they would peel off but it says they last minimum 5 years....

If you could spare me $1,300,000 I'll consider it haha. What wheels should I get! I want something that has chrome around the wheel with the spokes set back which I can paint to match the color of my car. Does anyone thing that would look good?

take your car to a paint shop and ask them about doing taillights with either translucent or pearlescent paint. thats what i did with my 2006 chrysler 300. It looked phenomenal. Just a suggestion.
