After service from my dealer, found this gray part lying in the trunk. Not sure what it was. PN not clear but the number on the back reads something like 7 007 703608290 10 CE >ABS<

It goes on the seat slide rail...on the rear portion. Just slide your front seats forward, get into the back seat and look at the slide rails. You'll see one installed on one side. Install the one you have on the other side- the missing side.

Yup, seat rail trim cover in the rear.

You can even remove them to drop weight and make the car faster..
