So far I only know of two other.

Audi - DSG
BMW - SMG
Ferrari - ?

Imitation paddle shifters:
BMW - 7 series (only downshits)
MINI - E60 SMG Style Paddels Up and Down Shifts but is a automatic transmission
Mercedes - Behind steering wheel (does it shift up and down?)

From what I've read, the SMGII is suppose to better the F1 style paddleshift in the Ferrari.

yeah, i've been in the Ferrari with the option, the 360 Modena paddleshifters are plastic that feel like they will just breakoff when you quickshift, plus the central controller for reverse is wack

SMG has a much nicer feel and complete package

Originally, IIRC, it was on the Piranha concept car. Today you will find it on the 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix. They refer to it as TapShift, not SMG, so it may not be a true SMG. It has probably migrated to other Pontiac models, too.
