How does it compare to Dakota? Is it softer? Richer? Does it cover more surfaces? It isn't that much more than Dakota in Europe, how erver here $$$.

Is it just a different material to use with ventilated seats?

Thanks,

David

P.S.
And how does the beige compare to Dakota beige?

Since its perforated it allows for ventilated seats... As DD states, it's the same material on the 7 series leather.

Cooler, but dakota is more durable and looks nicer.

And it's ONLY available with ventilated seats. You can't order it without ventilated seats.
Seat heaters are standard on leather, so ordering ventilated seats requires nasca leather and the seat heaters come with it automatically.

Isn't the exclusive leather available in the US?

I strongly advise you to take a look at 6 month old 7's with nasca leather...in my opinion it is MUCH less durable and shows the wear. My dealer said also that if you were heavy, it stretches much more ans looks saggy at 1 year old.

when it comes to light trim etc, I always want to see a used car in that combination.

Thanks for the answers.

Do all 7-series come with Nasca or only those with ventilated seats?

Does it really stretch significantly? I was hoping to get the ventilated seats to keep me cool in my suits in the summer. However, I am above 200#.

DavidNJ,

I am over the 250 # mark and am curious to how the nasca leather will hold up to my arse.

DD thanks for the information.
