What kind of dealers we have???

My Ride: BMW 525iA 2007 white, beige interior, buisness navigation, buisness phone, Xenon lights, Auto adaptive lights, CD changer
I'm very angry,
Unfortunatly we have dealers who know our pockets money only.
I called one of my country dealers, I told him that I have BMW 525i 2007, and I have buisness navigation system, I want to replace it with professional navigation system ( I wanted to ask him about if i could put e60 2004 items on mine), so he said it is impossible, you cannot replace buisness navigation by professional one. I asked him "are you sure", he said "yes, I'm sure", Then I asked him why at your spare part section there is a retrofit for professional navigation system?, so he was shocked and said "are you sure there is a retrofit", I said " yes, I called now to spare parts and they told ". So as he is a technical guy but don't know any thing, he said "maybe, but we never did that", Then I hanged my phone.
I think if we need someting, we should go to germany.
I have a question, I called another dealer regarding the replacement of buisness nav. by prof. nav., he said that they should check my car to se if there is an option for it or no, if there is, so we can replace (retrofit).
So, I want to know, all 525i car's nav could be replaced? or there is really an option to check?
One more question, If i want to replace my buisness nav. by prof nav. Could I use 2004 e60 items? I mean the monitor, DVD CCC, and I-controller?
