first thing to do is check and make sure you have the right offset wheels. the tire should not rub anywhere.

There are two types of offsets for the 124 wheels, i and xi. I'm guessing you have the non-xi offset wheels. Your dealer messed up.

+1 i totally agree...they screwed up with the offset..
do you think if there is a way to get them corrected?

It's called getting the correct wheels. I'd explain and complain to the dealer. It's their mistake. They should swap in the correct wheels.
