Thanks for the help guys.. My quest for new bulbs begins i think i am going 8000k.

8000K is TOO BLUE!!! you wont get the optimum illumination on the road. they will just look "cool" but thats about it.

if you want i will send you my 6000K, still blue but closer to 4200K. I tried them for a week and wasnt happy with the hiher Kelvin output, but thats just me.
I will let the brand new pair go for $50, they're yours. PM ME if interested!!!

Those 8Ks give you "ZERO" visibility on the pavement. Especially in the rain. They look cool, but totally FAIL otherwise. Go back to stock 4200 is my best advise. Anything higher, inluding 6000s, will have a diminished result in optimum road illumination*.

Researching... Your set up looks cool aretardedorange.My bad bulb has gone deep blue now!!, Have to replace it ASAP.

thats the problem, it only "looks cool" but in reality a complete FAIL. No offense, to each is own.
(regardless, since it seems that im beating on the wrong drum here)

mine just went pink, I will swap the bulbs first. On my other car, M3, i had just flickering, it was the ballast, very expensive! But they never went pink, just flickered all the time.
