The dealer did it for me.
I just told him I don't buy the car with the speedlimiter. If it is in there he has to take it out or I don't take the car.
Actually I think it is just a programming.

245kmh on 530i....test car thank god. hit a slight bump at that speed n car lifted n bottom slightly...the other 3 persons in the car din even sense my panic when i corrected n lifted off the throttle...

Only up to 120mph. With six points on the license and rabid traffic enforcement that makes you feel worse than a convicted kiddy fiddler, I have to keep my feet on the ground these days.
