After 15 days from my last visit to the Indy Shop, I went back today to get my battery registered and see what they can do to enable my Voice Command to work with the new Car Computer Control. According to the shop owner, battery registration is complete.

They still can not enable or program my voice command feature to work! The owner of the shop said I have to buy the enabling code(s) and I should call and talk to the Service Advisor at the BMW dealer to find out the cost. When he saw how upset I was, he decided to call his AutoLogic Tech Help desk and explained about my situation. He said he will get back with me next Tuesday for the update.

The following problems are still not resolved:

1. As of today, the owner of the Indy Shop is still saying he does not know when I will get my navigation disc back. It has been 15 days already! He said I can either wait or buy another one for $190, at my expense!

2. If they can not enable or program my voice command feature to work by next week, I could end up not having that feature on my car or paying for the codes at my expense.

I have already paid $1,600 to this Indy Shop. With all due respect, I appreciate the owner taking the time to try to fix my problems. However, if he can not fix them, I know he will put the burden on me for their mistakes!

Please state your written inputs because I will need this thread to support my claims.

Thank you in advance for your help!

P.S.
The following link is related to my problems. Please read it before you state your fair opinions.

I also have a 2 year warranty for parts and labor from this Indy Shop for my $1,600 worth of repairs. I prefer not to burn my bridges should I need them to fix my car within the warranty period. As a fair person, I have not state the name of the Indy Shop. I hope my issues will not escalate harms to anyone!
