It lives up to the phrase ultimate driving machine so well. It's so dynamic and responsive.

I don't even have sports suspension or "M" handling options, yet it handles like a dream.

The 5-series has combination of feature that you hardly find in other car, and 5-series has it all:
1. Handling
2. i-Drive
3. Head-up Display
4. Steptronic
5. Alarm preset - press lock button while other door (except driver) is still open. When you close the clock, alarm is set. I rarely see this in other non-German cars
6. Comfort access
7. Torque = HP
8. Fuel efficient
9. First 4-year free maintenance
10. Leading edge design
11. User friendly signal stalk. Annoying at first, but now cannot live without it. Cancel the signal is never being easier
12. Very nice bi-xenon pattern driving at night in high beam. You can see that the pattern is a hemisphere above the road

Each of the above items does exist in any car, but a car with combination of those above item is extremely rare
