Thumbs up

I'll keep it simple to start.. Can I extend or add bump stops in the back so the edges my tires don't rub up in the wheel wells?

I am only needing to do this for when I have 2 or 3 adults in the back seat and the tires constantly scrape on road dips.

FYI- My rear fenders are already rolled and I'm not going with a smaller tire. I'm pretty sure If there's a way to use a bump stop to limit some travel, I'll be just fine.

just fine.
If you can't carry lighter passengers in the back seat I suppose you could replace the bump stops with some that are slightly longer. That said, the rubbing probably occurs long before the suspension bottoms out. So, bump stops may not prevent the rubbing. One risk is rubbing may eventually wear the tire sidewalls and cause them to fail.

Do you feel your rear struts are functioning at 100%?? That may be the real problem.

I believe the 'bump stops' are integrated in the shaft of the shock, so you would have to take the shock out and add some more or place some sway bar bushing around the shaft of the shock to act as one

What are the offsets on your rear wheels, if you don't mind my asking?

I am unsure. They came off my buddy's 550 b4 he traded it in... I can check for you when I pull them off to do the brakes this month.

I might give that a try. It couldn't hurt.. do you think they will fit well enough on the shock? and will they stay on if I cut a vertical slit in them and zip tie or c-clamp them to stay on?

It seems ghetto to me, but I'd be saving my tires and I doubt it would hurt anything.
