My Ride: 2011 520dA coming up.
Stupid question maybe, but somehow i think it is very emotional too!
You get your new car delivered and on your way home through heavy traffic (can't hear the engine anyway then) you play a particular cd....loud.
I had to wait some time for my new toy and of course i had time to think what i would do when i got the car.
For me it was playing Chilli Peppers Mothers Milk, has speed and rhytm and has been an all time favorite in any car.
Just a pity that i only got the hifi upgrade instead of Logic 7
Anyway a lot of people will not agree on chilli peppers but i am curious what you will play or have played!

If you're asking for loud and hard hitting...for me, it's tough to beat Rage Against the Machine (self titled). Although I'm more typically in the mood for classical or jazz.

Mine was a mix CD I made. I have more than 500 mp3s. I brought it with me to the dealer. I think the first song was "Megalomaniac" by Incubus. That song rocks.

Ha, I did play some Ministry shortly afterwards, but the song I remember first is Lynard Skynard's "That Smell" - "Whisky bottles, brand new cars, oak tree your in my way"...pretty rowdy and decadent time.
