So I've been using a 4gb sandisk flash drive in my USB port...it was working well until i decided to take it out and put more tunes on it....Put it in the car and it stopped working...It doesn't even detect it anymore.
Flash drive works in my computer fine, but in the BMW it's got issues...Anybody else here experience this?

Really? thats odd... have you tried another USB drive? or formatting it?

Go to the dealer and buy an bwm usb for ipod, it cost about $60, you will be able to control all of your songs from your dashboard, just like an ipod screen. I bought my from Ebay and didn't last for long, get an oem from dealer, it really worth it.
