I know M5Tech requires purchase of different fogs.. not sure about MTech. I think that's covered pretty well if you search it. Picking between the two comes down to preference at that point. It's an aesthetic thing that you have to decide on.

We do appreciate your situation and being upset. But we do not ship the "wrong ones". It may have happened in your case but we always discuss every option with our customers. Please stop spreading falsehoods.
You won't need to change the fogs if you have an 04-07 car.
All our bumpers are now only fog capable, we no longer sell the M5tech without fog capability.
