I have been forsaken with nonprojector headlights.

For a FAR cheaper fix than re-doing my headlights...what are the best globes to replace the OEM ones to give the best results for the angel eyes day and night!

Angel eye globes are the standard 5 Watt 12 volt parking globes that give light to the rings around each headlight. This is the case for the non-projector lights anyways...

I have seen the V2's, but looks very complicated. Just want to replace the current globes (Perhaps wit some directional LED's. Aiming down the rings rather than everywhere.

On the non projectors... the globe sprays the light everywhere in the light housing (but including down the rings of the angel eyes).

There is a refracting piece of plastic that changes the direction of the light coming from the globe to go down these (AE) Rings, but i can see a better result if these are removed and directional LED's put in Place.

Okay, I am going to take it for a difference in the usage of English between two continents. What you're actually referring to, on the Pre-LCI halogen angel eye globes are actually called "bulbs".

I have never heard of anyone describing it as globes, lol. And they ARE, literally, just bulbs.

And unfortunately, I actually do know what you're talking about with how it's set up. Since you consider Orion v2 install to be complicated, I fear that actual modification to how the light travels is beyond what you're willing to do anyway.

Your best bet is to get the white bulbs from Pinguhk or the LED with resistors from Brabus. And stop calling them globes.

Hahaha yer, it seems to be a difference in langauge that is the issue... In australia we call them globes....
I will remember that next time to avoid confussion for all the american folk.

Hmmm i will have to consider teh V2's once again...as i fear you are Right
If its going to be as much work as putting in V2's, i might as well do that as they are a better result than replacing the globes
