Time for a new tire, the belt inside the wall of the tire is broken. This is caused by hitting a pothole or something too hard. It can be dangerous to drive on the highway with, especially on hot days while traveling at high speed. I'd try to get it replaced pretty soon if I were you.

The least you can do is swap the tire to the back ( if you run a non-staggered setup). You don't want a fron tire to blow on the highway... If I am not mistaken, you run staggered rims so best option is indeed to change it asap.

My Ride: 2013 BMW 550i M-Sport
Please do us all on the road a favor and replace that tire! I had that one time and didn't have the money to get a new expensive tire so I road it out thinking no big deal.
Within 50 miles that sucker blew out on the highway big time! 
I had a hole in the side wall that I could bit my arm in.I don't want to scare you nor freak you out but coming from experience you want to get the spare on or get a new tire soon.

I had this happen to me when the previous owner put on Pirelli All-Seasons; guess those tires were stocked too long in a warehouse and wore out....anyways, get that tire swapped out immediately. Dont want your tire bursting on you!
