I have had this loose part under my drivers seat since I purchased this vehicle. Can any of you experts shed some light on this? What is it and where does it go?

hahaha, man i have two of those in my glovebox and never thought about it. I figured they were somewhere around that area but they didn't really fit right at first try so I threw them in the glovebox.

Mine use to come off all the time...It just slides back on where the track is...There is a small clip that snaps in but it comes out all the time when I would vacumm...
