Weird high pitch interference/white noise after service
#1
Hey guys,
So I brought in my car for an oil change a couple weeks ago and asked them to adjust the HUD up. I had to bring it back a second time b/c the HUD was not adjusted the way I wanted. However, since I thought the tech was pretty good, I asked if they could fix the window noise coming from the sunroof while the shade was open.
My SA said that they were going to change the sunroof seal and that in doing so had to update my car's software.
I picked up the car last week and have been hearing this high-pitch, faint humming/buzzing noise that sounds like electrical interference. The thing is, it's not too loud, but when the car is off, at a stop or just cruising, I can hear it and it's driving me nuts. I've tried everything and even blasted my music. But, when the songs change or there's silence in the song you can here the noise. The noise is constant and not tied to acceleration or anything. It's just a faint electrical hum/white noise.
Anyone know what could be wrong?
I really feel bad bringing it back in as I don't want to be "that guy," but this noise is driving me nuts.
Thanks
