I hate how people think they are like kings when they have a wedding. I know that my people are ignorant in driving but I more blame my government for 2 reasons.1. as u can see there is no lines on the street. 2 police dont have the powerlike here in the US. btw ur statement would be better if u didnt swear

It's human nature. If people think they can get away without having to follow the rules, they won't follow the rules. In other words, if the law enforcement is not strict, same behavior can be expected anywhere.
