I fitted the button yd and bar the 'sport' lighting up...not convinced its doing anything. I'm already remapped so maybe why don't nottice as much and only had a very short run so yet to to trial properly. On a pre lci 04 530d seAuto if makes a diff like

I got all the stuffs ready and I have a question on wiring.
I got LED momentary switch as attached picture and I really want to avoid frying the module.
Can someone draw a line for dummy which line goes to where?
I am quite smart in making question though…
I watched ROSKINC’s youtube video and also learned from this thread that #10 is positive and #8 is negative.. and that's all I know
The way I want to set up switch is, leave the LED light off when sport mode is disengaged and on when sport mode is engaged.
Thanks

Guys I found the unit in my LCI behind the glovebox, the thing is, it's way different than the one in the picture! :S mine is like twice the size and all wires are already there!
I removed the wires 7&9 anyways... And connected my own, and took the car for a spin,,, still! Nothin! I know it doesn't appear in the cluster,, but I couldn't feel any difference!what should I do?!
