Which way around do the cam bearing caps go ?

Hi all,
I just got the cylinder head back from the shop (after swirl flap failure had meant 8 new valves were needed), but they fitted the camshaft bearing caps so they could be read as if I was standing on the left of the engine (with the inlet cam nearest me) like in the photo below. The TIS however, seems to think that they should be the other way around (so I could read them if I was standing on the right hand side / exhaust cam side).
Which is it please ?
